You're a real peach!

My parents stopped in for a visit this weekend and in their usual, generous fashion, brought us a crate of sweet Elberta peaches from a farm in Montezuma, Georgia. Tomorrow I'm setting aside a few hours to can them: jalepeno-peach jelly among the creative combos I have in mind!
