What does a magazine pitch look like?

Important to Note:

*The image is the first thing editors look at. If they want to know more they'll visit your website. 

*The pitch should be concise, no more than two short paragraphs. 

*The teaser intro  is so that, at quick glance, the editor knows what you are pitching.
