Thank you, thank you very much!
Never underestimate the power of a hand-written thank you note. It's more than an acknowledgment of someone else's kindness. Taking care in what you say, even the stationary you choose is also a part of the act of appreciation. Similarly, my friend and fellow writer and blogger Melissa Diskin offered this tip when someone features your product online. "It's a good idea to post a brief 'Thank You' in the comments section. Just being there, being nice, is an extra little view of you that can get people to click over to see the face behind the product, and what more you have to offer. Don't use the comments section as a place to sneak in more product mentions, additional links, or a paragraph on how this also comes in large and extra-large sizes." Can I get an amen?
